Since AntC is coming in about a week, I'd like to discuss with you all what the episode could hold. My honest opinion is that the title could be referring to a pretty big event that has a "blast radius"; affecting most if not all of the characters presented so far. Just a guess.

Judging from the trailer, and that they usually only possess events in 1 episode. I believe the following will occur in chronologic order:
- Eugene reveals to Arbiter and Chief of Fragban 2.0
- Arbiter and Chief get into a fight over the justification of using the hacks
- Chief becomes delusional or develops a Guilty Concious and thus starts hallucinating that he is seeing Cortana, that or it's simply a dream
- Arbiter agrees to go with Eugene and use the hacks
