Company (Part One) is the ninth episode of Season 3 of Arby 'n' the Chief.
Summary[]
In hopes to balance the uneven ratio of bad machinima to good, Master Chief pitches the idea to the Arbiter of founding their own machinima production company.
Plot[]
The episode begins with Arbiter watching an awful machinima made by two kids, titled The Adventures of Frank and Joe. Chief shows up and presents Arbiter with an idea; to make their own great machinima production company. Arbiter disagrees at first, thinking that it sounds lame. However, he eventually agrees, having nothing better to do.
It doesn't work out well. Chief decides that he is the president of a company and has to wear a tie despite it being bigger than him, and tells Arbiter to do all the work while pretending to have done/been doing work himself, while he is actually just ordering Arbiter around. Neither of them can think of any ideas for a machinima, and eventually Chief suggests making a sequel to something that's been made already, rather than making their own original idea. Chief ends up writing a script for the sequel to The Shawshank Redemption. It is called The Shawshank Redemption 2: Taking back New York. He shows it to the Arbiter seven weeks later, who considers it the most inane script ever written.
Chief gathers 3 of his kid Xbox Live friends to help him make The Shawshank Redemption 2. They complain about the length of the filming, and then wonder how much they are being paid. Chief says that he'll find something to give them later. One of the players quits, thinking that the whole thing is really stupid, the other two stay, for now.
