Dillon is a captain in Kylie's Clan.

Dillon was sent on Kylie's behalf to a dealing with one of her fragban suppliers. However, the hacker was suspicious and demanded he contact Kylie so he could receive his initial fee first before handing them the hacks. However, the dealing was ambushed by a member of Chaos Theosis, who fragged both of them and stole the money.
Dillon later explained to Kylie that he knew nothing about how Chaos Theosis had found out the location of the dealing as he had made sure not to let anyone know. Kylie told him she believed him before sending him off.
