Jeffrey is an aggressive Xbox LIVE player who also seems to shirk his parental responsibilities in favor of playing video games.
Arbiter witnessed his behavior online when he verbally attacked another player online failing to get an achievement. Meanwhile, Jeffrey was being yelled at by another woman (presumably his wife or girlfriend) after he left his infant daughter in hot bathtub water unattended, which resulted in her getting scalded. Arbiter attempted to call him out for this, but Jeffrey simply ignored him.
