Jon Graham is the human owner of Master Chief, Arbiter, the apartment they live in and the overarching protagonist of the series. He created the Arby 'n' the Chief series at age 19 which with simulation theory being true in his world, accidentally brought the toys to life. With people loving the series and wishing to use them as a way to help people who suffered similar issues the duo did, he chose to continue Chief and Arbiter's lives through more episodes in the series whilst pretending to be oblivious to the fact that they were alive. He lives in Vancouver, Canada

Seasons 1-7

The toys referenced him constantly, but he is rarely seen in person himself. He made one single on-screen appearance speaking to an acquaintance on the phone, before leaving his house to meet him. Jon rarely had an important role.

Jon later moved to a new house around the time of the launch of Halo: Reach. He continued to make few appearances and it is eventually revealed by Arbiter that Jon was temporarily relocated for contract work, as of 2011. Jon's whereabouts since then are unknown, though the toys have made reference to several new games that Jon has purchased recently that were released in late 2011 and 2012. Jon also smoked and had several cigarettes at his apartment, which Master Chief started smoking.

Before blowing the apartment up, Arbiter remarked that Jon wouldn't appreciate them turning his home into a crater, only for Chief to sarcastically ask if he was talking about the guy who was never there, then stated Jon would be fine.

Season 8

In the premiere episode, "Fatal Exception", Jon appeared as the mission control of "Mission: Odyssey".

In "Triple Fault", Jon appears in a pre-recorded video in which he informs Arbiter that the mission has failed and suggests various methods of committing suicide.

In "Play to Win", Jon appears talking with an annoying fan, and when he leaves, he says he just wishes to play online, that all his annoying fans die or even wish to die himself, when he crosses ways with Adam McIntyre and his clan. Believing them to be more annoying fans, Jon is caught off guard when Adam frags him, causing his consoles power supply to explode and instantly kill him, with his corpse being found by a horrified Master Chief and Arbiter.

Spin-offs

In Endgame, Jon was revealed to have started falling behind in rent and had to get a roommate to live with him to help pay. The said roommate was later killed by a Russian agent, but thanks to Claire, Jon was able to move to L.A and live in an apartment with her. In Arby 'n' the Chief in L.A., Jon and Claire are revealed to be dating, causing Arbiter to leave, with Chief joining him.

Jon appeared in An Arby 'n' the Chief Short and in Hypermail. In An Arby 'n' the Chief Short, he was sleeping because he had been overworking himself. His hand is seen in "Silly Billies", where he is giving Chief the middle finger after what Chief said about him, and his voice is heard in "Voices of Raisins".

In a parallel universe to the main series, Jon is mentioned again by Master Chief and Arbiter. The two state that Jon's birthday is apparently in May, as revealed in "Well Hung". Arbiter also states that Jon is currently 23 years old and will turn 24 in May of 2012.
