mastur cheef was a young player of Halo 3 who was a fanboy of Arby 'n' the Chief and Chief. His best friend was teh arbitur. He was in a game with his friend, Arbiter and Chief, Todd and Travis, Butt Beard and FEELS GOOD MAN when the game froze for some reason.
