Party is the tenth episode of Season 3 of Arby 'n' the Chief.
Summary[]
The Arbiter wakes up hung over the morning after the day of the Mythic Map Pack's release. With a non-existent memory of last night and Master Chief nowhere to be found, he must retrace his steps and trigger flashbacks in order to piece together the events of the previous night and find the Chief.
Plot[]
The episode opens up with a disclaimer informing the audience not to attempt any of the stunts being performed in this particular episode. Next, a subtitle reads that the following events have taken place between April 9th and 10th, the date in which Halo 3 released the Mythic Map Pack.
Arbiter is seen sleeping on Jon's couch, surrounded by beer cans and Jack Daniels bottles. Arbiter awakens feeling sick and hung over as a result of last night's events. As Arbiter wanders around the room tries to regain his composure, he runs into a series of stunts and objects that jogs his memory about what has happened last night. What follows are a series of flashbacks:
Flashback A[]
Arbiter is seen downloading the Mythic Map Pack, excited about playing the new maps that are to be released. Once Master Chief finds out, he suggests to Arbiter that they celebrate by drinking Jon's newly purchased beer. Arbiter refuses at first stating that he doesn't drink and that it's morally wrong to drink Jon's beer, but Master Chief persistently goads Arbiter to lighten up for once for the occasion and continues to tempt him.
Flashback B[]
An hour later from still downloading the map pack, Arbiter has gotten drunk from drinking and both he and Master Chief complain about the slow speed in the pack's download. To help boost the internet's speed, Master Chief suggests making a "super internet cable" by cutting and splicing several internet cords with a pair of scissors and tape, following by soldering it in a toaster. While doing so, the duo continue to drink more beer.
Flashback C[]
Another hour has past and the map pack's download is still going slowly (even after the shocking success of Chief's super internet cable.) To continue trying to boost the download's speed, Arbiter and Chief attach several batteries, tied with copper wire to the internet modem. This time the plan is a success. Arbiter and Chief then proceed to bully other players on Xbox Live. Arbiter begins to feel sober from the buzz wearing away, but Chief gets a better idea...
Flashback D[]
Another hour has passed and Chief's plan is revealed to be smoking Marijuana with Lucky Charms and tissues. As Chief proceeds to getting "high" after lighting the cigarette on fire, he proclaims to Arbiter to go swimming with him, but Arbiter feels exhausted and passes out from his alcohol overdose. Suddenly just before Arbiter passes out, the overheated modem and cables overuses so much electricity that it cuts off all the electricity to the apartment.
Present[]
Upon figuring out all the events that transpired on the day of the Map Pack's download, Arbiter remembers that Chief went to go "swimming." Arbiter looks in the bathtub but doesn't find Chief inside. Master Chief went swimming in the toilet, where he was woken up next to a big turd.
