Peter is a minor character who appeared in the seventh season of Arby 'n' the Chief.
Overview[]
Peter is an 8 year old boy who came under the pedophilic sights of Colin, who tried to solicit him over Halo Reach and IRC. Chief overhears the encounter and later confronts Peter regarding Colin and tells him to stay away from him. Peter complies. Chief later communicates with Colin on IRC under the guise of Peter and gets Colin arrested by the authorities.
Not much else is known regarding the character, although his 9th birthday was a couple of months away.
