Professional is the third episode of the third season of Arby 'n' the Chief.
Summary[]
Master Chief introduces the Arbiter to a new friend he met over Xbox Live who claims to be a professional major league gamer
Plot[]
Arbiter is playing Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway while Master Chief uses the computer. Chief starts telling Arbiter about new gameplay footage for Halo 3: Recon (original title for Halo 3: ODST). Arbiter doesn't believe him but opts to look anyway. It turns out to be a rick roll which Chief used so that he could use the Xbox 360 from Arbiter.
Chief points out that his new friend, Craig is online. Chief tells Arbiter that he is so cool and that he is a Major League gamer. The duo joins Craig and his girlfriend, Krystal in their server on Halo 3. While talking to Chief and Arbiter, Craig whispers to his girlfriend about how Chief is a loser. Arbiter quickly figures out that despite being MLG, Craig hasn't played in official MLG matches, by asking him where he has played recently, and against who, with Craig being unable to deliver an answer. Craig attempts to force them to leave by telling them that other MLG players will be joining his server soon, but Arbiter says that he'll check his party details to see who joined. Craig tells him that the meet up is actually the next day, to which Arbiter responds by saying that it would be all right for them to stay in this case. The toys decide to leave anyway.
After they leave, Arbiter reveals to Chief that he doesn't like Craig at all, due to him being a poser. Chief dismisses it as jealousy.
Later in the day, Arbiter finds Chief out in the hall of Jon's apartment crying. Arbiter asks what is wrong and Chief says that Craig and his friends made fun of Chief, and Arbiter merely dismisses him saying that he should have known it would happen. However, Chief states they called Arbiter a "cockmongling queef burger", and an angered Arbiter brings Chief along with him to have a word with Craig.

Trivia[]
- "Professional" starts a mini story arc that continues through the episodes "Face-Off" and "Showdown". These are some of only a handful of episodes from pre-Season 5 that utilize an actual story arc. The others are the episodes involving the myth arc of Cold Storage and Todd, Travis, and Cortana's disappearances.
- On the wallpaper of John's computer, you can see WALL-E starring at the stars.
